2. Annual Subscriptions
2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility: Customers who purchase an annual subscription are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within the first 30 days of the subscription start date.
Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day window.
3. Cancellation After 30 Days
If you decide to cancel your annual subscription after the initial 30 days and before the end of the subscription period:

Pro-Rated Charges:
- You will be charged for each month of service used at the standard monthly rate without the annual discount.
- The standard monthly rate is calculated by dividing the full annual price (without discount) by 12.

Adjustment for Previous Discounts:
- Any discounts received from the annual subscription will be reversed for the months used.
- The difference between the discounted rate and the standard monthly rate will be deducted from your refund.

Subscription Details:
- Annual subscription full price: 1,02,000 INR
- Discounted annual price paid: 81,600 INR (after 20% discount)
Cancellation After 6 Months:
- Standard monthly rate: 1,02,000 INR/ 12 = 8,500 INR per month
- Total standard charge for 6 months: 8,500 INR x 6 = 51000 INR
- Refund Amount: 81,600 INR. (amount paid) - 51000 INR. (standard charges for 6 months) = 30,600 INR
- Final Refund: 30,600 INR
4. Charges for Cancellation Month
The month in which you cancel your annual subscription will be charged in full. No partial refunds will be issued for the cancellation month.
5. Monthly Subscriptions
5.1 Refund Policy
- No 30-Day Guarantee: Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Pro-Rated Refunds:
- If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of that month.
- The refund will be calculated based on the number of days remaining in the billing cycle.
6. Taxes and Bank Charges
Non-Refundable Charges:
- Government taxes, duties, or bank charges applied to your subscription are non-refundable.
- Seekora is not responsible for refunding these amounts.
